TitleThree papers relating to Llanllechid commons. It is reported that several classifications of persons, not real commoners who have undisputed rights, are in the habit of depasturing cattle and sheep there, and that there were cases of commoners renting or assigning their own rights; cases of overpasturing, cutting turf, &c.
DescriptionThere is a case stated in 1839 for the opinion of Thomas Henry (11 June), a letter to Mr. Wyatt (July 24, 1839), but these are altogether overshadowed by the long and exhaustive dicta of Walter Edge (18 Aug., 1851).
