| Description | Lord Penrhyn promises to grant and confirm to H.W. the messuage of bryn howell nar the chapel of Pentir, and a certain fee-farm rent issuing to Lord Penrhyn out of certain hereditaments belonging to H.W. in return for the Stony Close in the parish of Llandegai, bounded on all sides (except the South) by the lands of Lord Penrhyn, together with all rights of common pasture and turbary attached thereunto; also the parcel of land called Buarth Lloiau in the parish of Bangorl H.W. to pay £200 to assure equality of exchange.
