Testator bequeaths 40s to his son Arthur Martin; 20s to his son Richard Martin; 310 to his son John Martin and £20 to his daughter Grace Martin. He bequeaths a house or tenement where Edward Gr' lately dwelt along with an adjoining shop, litchen and loft to his daughter Grace Martin and the lands and tenement he purchased of Roland Gruffith ap William and the little house wherein one Ellis the miller lately dwelt to his wife Margaret along with all his goods and chattels.
