Lease for 40 years of one parcel of arable and pasture land lying within the liberties of Conwey at a place called Brynlledreth between a parcel of land which Hugh Hookes holds by lease from the same community on the western side and the land of the said community on the eastern side, and extending in width from the land of the said Roger on the southern side to the higher road leading towards the mountins on the northern side
