Gordon Douglas Pennant Lord Penrhyn with the Mayor Aldermen and Burgesses of the Borough of Bangor Supplemental Agreement in Relation to Water Works’. The book contains a copy of this agreement, and following this a plan relating to the agreement relating to the new waterworks proposed. There is also a letter loosely inserted into the book dated the 06 June 1923 from the City of Bangor Surveyors Department discussing the suggested site for the proposed “New Screening House”. |
