Some letters discuss the valuation of the property, there is also a copy of a draft agreement of tenancy between Hugh Napier Baron Penrhyn and Owen Mycock for the tenancy of Chwarelgoch Farm dated the 09 September 1938. There are also letters that discuss the Tynyffridd property and the Prenrala cottage, tregarth. The ledger itself contains an entries for the Labour Account of Penrhyn estate between 1900 and 1906.
