| Description | This folder contains a collection of letters between Mr. Pennant and the Abbeyfield Bangor U.C.N.W Society Limited who provide supported living accommodation for the elderly. Topics discussed in these letters are things such as the Elm Bank/Nant y Gro property, a sheltered housing offering 8 flats in Bangor. Other topics include the housekeeper’s accommodation and fire escape, observations, inspections, fees, architect’s fees and many administrative matters. There are many letters from various individuals expressing regret to hear that Mr. Pennant is retiring as president of the society. There are many copies of letters included and handwritten notes. There are various documents with List of Members, copy of a document called, ‘Contracts for the Sale of Timber’ during the year ended 31 March 1981. Following this are several copies of plans for various rooms one specified to be for Elm Bank. There are Report and Accounts for the Society for the years 1986, 1985. There’s a document titled ‘Annual Inspection of Properties’.
