| Description | This bundle contains lists of lands sold and purchased, lists of patents granted etc. The first document in the bundle bears the title, "Memorandum of the lands belonging to John P[ennant] Esq., in the parish of Clarendon and Island of Jamaica as appears by sundry patents, purchases etc., on record in the Serys Office of the said Island. Taken in April 1766 by S.B."
