TitleEnvelope containing press cutting 'The decoying of an English Girl' and account of a trial of a Frenchwoman under the charge of 'conspiring with another person to procure the debauching of a girl named Nellie Basket, she being under twenty-one years of age'. On the envelope Lord Penrhyn has written 'Convict in the name of Wilson i.e. Capt E Vereney Radical MP for Bucks also a leading light in N. Wales University College.'
