Description | Advises that he is sending 2 packages containing a cabinet which formerly belonged to the Rev. John Kenrick, and containing the Bible (1609) of Captain Wynne. He has written also to the addressee's sister Sarah, enclosing several copy wills [in this deposit], and particulars of everything he has been able to find out about the ancestry of the Kenricks. It is now up to the recipient's sons, Wynne and Hamilton to carry the investigations further. He has had the cabinet cleaned, and as it is returning to Wynne Hall after an absence of a century, he hopes it will remain there for another. |
