TitleLetter from John James at Brynffynnon Offices, Wrexham, to his daughter Minnie at Llandudno
DescriptionIs full of mock-horror at M's apparent indifference to her old favourite place - Rhyl! The arrival of "Cookes Circus" has put Wrexham "in a ferment". News of family outings and friends; Kitty is, as ever, in the doghouse for her poor performance as a correspondent. Has heard a splendid sermon from "Mr Punshon". Urges M to "take care of those dreadful precipices" [at Llandudno] and makes mention of "that commodious pier". His postscript reads "When is the Llandudno Railway to be opened ?"
