2725-2727 - Transcript of a schedule of lands (10 January 1617/18), hereditaments, etc. in England and Wales excepted out of a lease of equal date from King James I to Sir Francis Bacon, Kt; Sir John Daccome, Kt; Sir James Fullerton, Kt; Thomas Murrey, Esq; and Thomas Trevor, Esq, in trust for Prince Charles, for a term of 99 years; with 2 copies.

Edward Gordon Douglas Pennant to Charles Wynne Griffith Wynne of Voelas, Esq) for lands in the parish of Llanrwst, co. Denbigh (C.W.G.W to E.G.D.P). Plans of the said lands are annexed: col'd; various scales.

2735 - Attested copy articles of agreement (with ancient endorsements) between Sir John Conway and Richard Owen, Esq, and Mrs Anne Ravenscroft; dated 22nd Oct., 1686. Relate to the partition of lands (then late of Richard Lloyd, Esq, dec'd and formerly of Sir Richard Lloyd dec'd) at Escluse and in cos. Denbigh and Merioneth. Inset: extract from a deed dated 23rd Dec. 1687, to declare the uses of a fine levied by John Grosvenor, Esq, and Anne his wife, one of the daughters of Sir Richard Lloyd, Kt, dec'd, of lands generally in cos. Denbigh, Merioneth and C'von, and specifically in the parish of Penmachno.

2736 - Order of exchange (by the Inclosure Commissioners for England and Wales) of lands between the Rt. Hon. Edward Gordon, Lord Penrhyn, and Lt-Col. Charles Arthur Wynne Finch of Voelas, as follows: lands, etc, in the township of Eidda and parish of Yspytty [Ysbyty Ifan], co. C'von (Lord Penrhyn to Lt-Col. Wynne Finch ) for lands, etc, in the parish of Llanrwst, co. Denbigh (Lt.-Col. Wynne Finch to Lord Penrhyn). Map of the said lands is annexed: col'd scale - 25.344 inches: 1 mile.

2738 - Chirograph of a Final Concord between Sir Thomas Mostyn, Bart, and Robert Davies Esq. plaintiffs, and Sir Thomas Prendergast, Bart, and Dame Anne his wife, deforceants; when the deforceants acknowledged 90 messuages, 20 cottages, 10 tofts, 5 shops, 2 water corn grist mills, 100 gardens, 5 orchards, 800 acres of land, 1000 acres of meadow, 2000 acres of pasture, 100 acres of turbary, 80 acres of moor, 80 acres of marsh, 60 acres of wood, 1000 acres of furze and heath, and common of pasture all in Dolgelley [Dolgellau], Mawddwy, and in the parishes of Dolgelley, Mawddwy, Mallwyd, Llaniwllyn, Llanelltyd, Llanfachreth, Towyn, Talyllyn, Trawsfynydd, Festiniog, Llanfrothen, Llanfihangel and Berthgelert [Beddgelert], co. 2739 - Duplicate Chirograph of a Final Concord [PENRA/2738] between Sir Thomas Mostyn, Bart, and Robert Davies Esq. plaintiffs, and Sir Thomas Prendergast, Bart, and Dame Anne his wife, deforceants; when the deforceants acknowledged 90 messuages, 20 cottages, 10 tofts, 5 shops, 2 water corn grist mills, 100 gardens, 5 orchards, 800 acres of land, 1000 acres of meadow, 2000 acres of pasture, 100 acres of turbary, 80 acres of moor, 80 acres of marsh, 60 acres of wood, 1000 acres of furze and heath, and common of pasture all in Dolgelley [Dolgellau], Mawddwy, and in the parishes of Dolgelley, Mawddwy, Mallwyd, Llaniwllyn, Llanelltyd, Llanfachreth, Towyn, Talyllyn, Trawsfynydd, Festiniog, Llanfrothen, Llanfihangel and Berthgelert [Beddgelert], co. 2742 - Deed of appointment of Dame Ann Prendergast, wife of the Rt. Hon. Sir Thomas Prendergast of Gort, co. Galway, Bart; whereby the said Dame Ann directs Sir Thomas Mostyn and Robert Davies to convey to uses all the manors, lands, etc, specified in the schedule annexed to PENRA/2737. [Belcher annuity]
