2735 - Attested copy articles of agreement (with ancient endorsements) between Sir John Conway and Richard Owen, Esq, and Mrs Anne Ravenscroft; dated 22nd Oct., 1686. Relate to the partition of lands (then late of Richard Lloyd, Esq, dec'd and formerly of Sir Richard Lloyd dec'd) at Escluse and in cos. Denbigh and Merioneth. Inset: extract from a deed dated 23rd Dec. 1687, to declare the uses of a fine levied by John Grosvenor, Esq, and Anne his wife, one of the daughters of Sir Richard Lloyd, Kt, dec'd, of lands generally in cos. Denbigh, Merioneth and C'von, and specifically in the parish of Penmachno.

Charles Arthur Wynne Finch of Voelas, as follows: lands, etc, in the township of Eidda and parish of Yspytty [Ysbyty Ifan], co. C'von (Lord Penrhyn to Lt-Col. Wynne Finch ) for lands, etc, in the parish of Llanrwst, co. Denbigh (Lt.-Col. Wynne Finch to Lord Penrhyn). Map of the said lands is annexed: col'd scale - 25.344 inches: 1 mile.
