404 - Deed of sale (1288) by Anian ap Gwyn ap Gwiaun [Gwion], Tegwared ap Gwyn ap Gwian, Gwiain Goch ap Kaducan Ruffudd, to Griffith ap Tudur ap Madoc and Margaret his wife, of the fourth part of the township of Karnechan with all appurtenances.
405 - Release by Howel ap Tudur Griffith and Madoc ap David ap Tudur to William ap Gruffith ap Tudur, of lands which were held by Gruffith ap Tudur at the time of his death in the townships of Llangynhafal, Gwylgre, Caraghan, Abercain, Bulch, Bodnayoch (Bodvayoch), Penant Wernogeon, and Penwenthles, with the exception of the lands at Doigvoilchi (Dwygyfylchi) and one parcel of land at Twrgarw, called Erw's Odyn, and all the lands at Garoission (except the parcel in the tenure of Howel ap Kenrick).

408 - Grant in perpetuity by William de Preston, then a miller in the town of Bala, to John de la Hyde, forester of North Wales, of half a burgage in the said town with all appurtenances and lying between the burgage of Thomas de Puleston on the one side and the burgage of belonging to John ap Jenkin on the other, and extending in length from the main street to the road which runs towards the chapel.

410 - Acquittance by Richard de Pykemere, Sheriff of Anglesey, to Griffith ap Gwilym ap Griffith and Bleddyn, his brother, for the sum of ten marks being the fine exavted from the said Griffith and Bleddyn for certain lands in Anglesey and Caernarvon, purchased by them from Gwilym ap Gruffith ap Tudur.

414 - Inspeximus and exemplification by King Henry VIII of letters testimonial granted by Arthur Plantagenet, Earl Lisley [Lisle] and Viceadmiral of England and Wales (30 Novr., 1529), to Robert Woodward and Richard Woodward, merchants of Chester. authorising their possession of a ship called "Mary and John" purchased from William Calverley and William Edwards.
415-418 - Four papers relating to transactions between Owen Lewis ap David ap Ieuan of Cefn y Coed in the lordship and county of Denbigh and Edmund Williams of Conway, father of Lord Keeper and Archbishop John Williams; mortgage (for 2/6) of the fee-farm rent of 3/4 arising from Tyddyn Bach in the toenship of Escorebrill, to be redeemed by Michaelmas, 1592 (13 June, 1591; surrender and quit-claim (21 Octr/. 1592) for a consideration of £4, not only of the fee-farm rent, but also of all actions and claims to Tyddyn Bach itself; conveyance to E/W/ of a parcel of land in Ereithlyn lying between Mynydd y Brnnaint (east), land of John ap Robert ap William (south and west), Cadwaladr ap Robert (notrth), together with a bond of obligation by Owen Lewis in £20, both dated 6 Novr., 1592. Thomas David and John Lewis, yeomen, lawful attorneys.
419 - Bond of obligation in £160 by Rowland Bulkeley of Beaumaris and Piers Griffith of Penrhyn to John Griffith of St. Martin's in the Fields.
420 - Deed by Owen Owens of Henllys, co. Anglesey, to levy a fine at the Great Sessions of Denbigh to the use and behoof of Griffith Williams of Conway, son of Robert Williams, deceased. upon lands in Erithlyn and Escorebrill in that county.
