226 - Grant by Howel ap Ievan ap Kenrick, free tenant of the township of Bodfaio, to William Griffith, esq., of all his lands and tenements at Dol Carreg Aith near the messuage called Tower of Abercaseg [Twr Abercaseg] in the township of Bodfaio.
227 - Acquitance by Llewelyn ap Gruffydd ap Howel, ringild of the commote of Arllechwedd Uchaf, to William Griffith, senior, esq., for the sum of 2s.4d. received as a relief on behalf of Ievan ap Gwenllian verch Gruffith ap David alias Ievan ap Madoc a Dicws, free tenant of the township of Bodfaio and Dwygyfylchi, who died without heirs.

[These items were returned to Penrhyn Estate Office, 1 July 1948]
239-241 - Documents relating to the controversy between Sir Rees Griffith of Penrhyn and William Williams of Cochwillan over the fishing-weir at the wharth [wharf] of Evelaven [Y Lafan, Traeth y Lafan] in Llanllechid [These items were returned to Penrhyn estate office 2 July 1948]
242-243 - Two copies of a presentment at General Sessions, co. Caernarvon against Hugh ap William ap David of Bodvayo, yeoman, for having on 7 June previous, and at several other times, violently (vi et armis) entered certain closes of Piers Griffith called Rhos y Bigelith and Gwaun Vologyn and pastured his sheep and cattle there.
244 - Exemplification of two bills of indictment presented by the Grand Jury at the Great Sessions held at Pwllheli against: i) Henry Williams, gent., of Bodfaio, and James Boordman of the same; forcible entry, 8 July 1587, at Bodfaio into a parcel of land called Rhos y Bigelydd in the tenure of Piers Griffith. ii) Henry Williams, Henry Wynne ap John ap William, and John ap Robert; riotous assembly at Bodfaio, 11 July 1587, and forcible entry into Rhos y Bigelydd, Gwaun Velogyn and Eithin y Maen in the tenure of Piers Griffith.

247 - Exemplification of a presentment made by the Grand Jury of the County of Caernarvon at the Great Sessions held at Conway, 11 October 1591 - that John ap Edward, late of Bodfaio, Richard ap Edward of the same, and David ap William of the same made two several forcible entries (25 and 29 May 1591) into the parcels of land called Gwaun Vaylogyn and Eithin y Maen then in the tenure of Thomas ap William Gruffith, undertenant to Piers Gruffith.
