Gwenllian furthermore grants power of attorney to David ap Robert ap David ap Ievan Vychan and Hugh ap David ap Robert to deliver seisin of the said tenement and meadow to the said Robert.

271 - Bargain and sale by Richard Peake of Conway, esq., and Hugh Peake, his son and heir, to Edmund Williams, gent., of a parcel of land lying in the township of Llechan, near a place called Cefn Maenmor, in length extending from the lands of Rowland Bulkeley, called Ffridd Newydd on the east side, to a certain .... on the west side; and in breadth, between the lands of the heir of Henry Holland, clerk, on the south side, and a small hill called Bryn Bach near Bwlch y Gydros, on the north side; which parcel of land, Hugh Peake, father of the said Richard Peake, purchased from John ap David ap Tudur Llwyd, free tenant of Llechan.
272 - Bond of obligation in £40 by Robert ap Hugh ap David of Castell, commote of Arllechwedd Isaf, and William ap Robert ap Hugh ap David, his son and heir, to Edmund Williams, gent., to grant peaceful possession to the said Edmund of a meadow called Y Weirglodd Fer in the township of Castell, meering north on a meadow called Y Weirglodd Ddu, south upon the lands of Edmund Owen, clerk; east upon the lands of William Glyn, gent., of Lleuar, now in the tenure of Edward Williams, esq., and west upon a meadow called Y Wern Felen being the lands of the said Edmund.
273 - Release by Richard Peake of Conway, son and heir of Hugh Peake, to Robert Williams of Conway [father of Sir Griffith Williams] of Maes Cadwgan in the township of Castell, commote Isaf.
274-276 - Bargain and sale between Henry, son of the late William Williams of Cochwillan, and Evan Lloyd of Barnard's Inn in London; H.W. conveys certain lands in commote Creuddyn, which were purchased by his father from Sir William Herbert of St. Julian's in co. Monmouth, who in turn had married one of the three co-heiresses of Edward Griffith of Penrhyn [brother of Sir Rees G, and uncle of Piers] Consideration, £100.
277-278 - Release and a bond of obligation in £40 by John Stodart of Boditha, Hugh ap Ieuan of Llechan, yeoman, and John ap Hugh ap Ieuan, yeoman, of the same, to Humphrey ap Hugh ap Edmund and Ellen Mellers, to allow the latter to hold and occupy, upon conditions of redemption specified in an indenture of equal date, the backhouse and garden commonly called the Stone Garden in the town of Conway, now in the tenure of Katherine verch David
279-281 - Bond of obligation in £60 by Owen Griffith ap Rees of the Bodidda hamlet of Castell [Arllechwedd Isaf] to allow Hugh ap John Ffoulk to enjoy and occupy a meadow containing two days' math of hay, "with the new ffary [ferry] way thereunto", in Bodidda. Also, a release (7 February 1634-5) by the same O.G. ap Rees to his nephew John ap Griffith ap Rees of Gweirglodd y Cae Isa in Castell bounded on one side (east) by Afon Gyffin, on the west by Cae Isa itself, on the south by Gweirglodd Cae Howel [John Wynne, esq.], on the north by Gweirglodd y Saeson [Sir Roger Mostyn].
