457 - Deed of lease (14 Aug., 1657) by [Sir] Griffith Williams of Penrhyn and Robert, son and heir, to Henry Luke of Mitcham, co.Surrey, upon Tyddyn Isa in Cororion.
458-459 - Deed of lease with counterpart (30 April, 1674) by Sir Robert Williams to John Edwards of Abercegin ["Aberkygin"] in Llandegai upon Tyddyn Glan y Mor, otherwise Tyddyn Henry ap Ifan, for 21 years; annual rent, £6.10.0. for the first 8 years, £16.10.0. for the remaining 13; two geese and two capons at seasonable times, or a commutation of 2/-, every year.
460 - Indenture of sale by John Williams of Ystumcolwyn [in Meifod, co.Mont.] to Sir Robert Williams of Penrhyn, consideration, £20, of Tyddyn Robert Albertus alias Y Ty Mawr ym Maes y Pempul in the township of Bodvayo, "late in the tenure of Robert Albertus and now in the tenure of Robert ap William". Premises surrounded by the lands of Sir Robert, viz., Cae Rees ap Howell, Cae Prys, Cae Gweniss [gwenith?] and part of one quillet adjoining to the premises and the highway.
461 - Deed of lease by Sir Robert Williams to Elin Simon, widow, upon Tyddyn y Gopwraig in Llandegai.
