"might inclose whenever they shall think proper to do so and keep inclosed", and excepting also all timber, mines, quarries, &c.21 years, at £78 a year.
865-867 - Three papers relating to Llandegai bridge: one without date containing proposals for repairing it at a cost of £15 and also for repairing "the key in the upper end of the Island above the said Bridge and likewise a Key at the east end of [it]"; the second a receipt for £1.7.0 (23 Novr., 1750) for 16 days' work there, for "4 pegat of lime", and for carrying stones; the third is a letter (15 January, 1770) from John Prichard of Dinam in Anglesey to Richard Hughes, agent of the Penrhyn estate, hoping to be at Caernarvon on 27 April next ensuing to attend to the matter "touching the Quay near Llandegai Bridge".
