1835 - Bill from Samuel Wyatt to Richard, Lord Penrhyn (1792-1794) for sundry articles which had been ordered and supplied, mainly for internal fittings at the Castle.
1836-1847 - General accounts for the year 1802 by William Williams of Llandegai, arranged in columns under Incidents, Quarry, Farm, Woods, Buildings, Roads, and Rubbish.
1848 - Letter to Benjamin Wyatt from David Wllis of Gwynfryn by Llanystumdwy (3 Novr.,1803).
1849-1850 - Two letters to Richard, Lord Penrhyn, from benjamin Wyatt.
1851 - Letter from Messrs Austins * M'Aslan, nursery and seedsmen, Glasgow, to G.H.D. Pennant, enclosing their latest catalogue, reminding him of the trees sent in 1822 and 1823, and hopin for his further patronage.
1852 - Bill of charges to G.H.D. Pennant from Messrs Markland and Wright.
1853-1859 - Seven "general bills" of solicitor Henry Rumsey Williams, i.e., the variegated charges of a consulting lawyer for advice and conveyancing re leases, purchases; postages, attendances, &c.
1860-1862 - Three accounts of lawyer John Hughes for work done for G.H.D. Pennant, mainly in references to poaching for game, stealing brass from the quary, causing fire in a cellar at Bangor, &c.
1863 - Legal business by P. Wright of the Temple, in 1839.
1864-1871 - Eight papers relating to the cost of building and repairs at Aberogwen, Cefnfaes, Coedhowell, Lon Isa, and Glanymor.
1872-1880 - "Schedule of Appointments and Deputations of Gamekeepers for the Manor of Penrhyn and Hundred of Uchaf .....enrolled in the Office of the Clerk of the Peace"
